9 cups gluten free Corn or Rice Chex cereal
In medium bowl, mix:
1 cup melted bittersweet chocolate chips
1 cup of gluten free peanut butter
1 teaspoon gluten free vanilla
Gently fold chocolate/peanut butter mixture into Chex cereal with a wooden spoon until evenly coated.
Add 1 ½ cups of confectionery sugar and mix gently until all pieces are coated in white sugar. Cool and store in an air tight tin.
Warning: Addictive & do not inhale as you eat these. Powdered sugar can cause throat irritation if it is inhaled.
