Our products are shipped from Scarborough, Maine.
- US Priority Mail: Normally 2 – 3 day delivery in most parts of the US; 4-6 day delivery in Canada
- UPS Ground: 1 – 7 working days (U.S. only)
- Customer Pickup (no shipping charges): Order must be made via phone and picked up in Scarborough, Maine between 8-6, M-F

- Ordering 1 item: If you are west of the Mississippi choose US Priority MEDIUM or LARGE FLATRATE.
- Ordering 2 items: If you are west of the Mississippi choose US Priority Mail MEDIUM FLATRATE box. (2 items should fit in this size box and save you $)
- Ordering 3 items: If you are west of the Mississippi choose US Priority Mail LARGE FLATRATE box. (3 items should fit in this sized box)
- Ordering over $100: Shipping is free. If you need it to get there faster, email us or call. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Availability & Delivery Times
- Shipping Times: We try to ship the day of or the day after an order is received. During holidays it could be two to three days. Please feel free to call our toll free number, 888-835-7485, for more information about product availability and shipping times. Foot Warmers and Hand Warmers may take 5 to 7 days to ship.
- 2 Day Delivery – No need for 2nd-Day Air if shipping to the following states: CT, DE, MA, ME, MD, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, VA, VT, WV

Shipping Charges In USA
- Qualify for Free Shipping: We offer free shipping within the US on orders of $100 or more.
- Zero Handling Fees: Shipping charges are calculated on actual shipping costs. We do not add a handling fee.
- West Coast Deals: If your order is going to the West Coast we may be able to save you money by shipping in a US Priority Mail Flat Rate Box. We can generally fit two items in a Medium Flatrate box and three items in a Large Flatrate box. Please call us with any questions or send an email. We’ll do our best to help.
