If you are not satisfied with your Maine Warmer or the service you received please contact us by phone or US Mail to make arrangements for return or exchange. We will refund the cost of the product.

We try to provide true and accurate colors for products listed on our web site. We cannot guarantee the color(s) viewed will be an exact match to the actual material colors delivered. We choose high quality fabrics and beautiful colors to manufacture our products.

We will update color and pattern changes as soon as possible. If the pattern or color you ordered is not available we will contact you to see if you would like another choice or if you would like to back order (depending on availability). If you do not want either of these choices we will cancel your order and refund your money in full. If you are not satisfied with the service you receive, for any reason, or if you have questions please contact us.

Customer Pickup in Scarborough, Maine

You may order by phone and pick up your order at 201 US Route 1 in Scarborough, Maine. Monday – Friday 8 AM to 6 PM, Sat. 9 AM – 2 PM Order must be made by phone before pickup.


With a few exceptions for holidays or for items out of stock, we ship orders on the next business day via UPS Ground or US Mail. Please provide a street address for UPS deliveries if possible. Payment Options

We accept credit cards —  Visa, Master Card, Discover, and PayPal orders using a secure site for Web Site orders or we will take a credit card order over the phone.  We do not accept American Express, unless payment is issued through PayPal. To be accepted credit cards must be from a US Card Issuing Bank. We will also accept personal checks through regular mail (payment must clear before shipping).

We use a secure 3rd party shopping cart and credit card processor and comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards ((PCI DSS) using Trustwave’s TrustKeeper compliance analysis program. We respect your privacy and do everything possible to protect your information.

If you prefer to mail your order, please include with a note stating what items you want and the billing and shipping address, a telephone number in case we need to reach you, and a check or money order.
