Why moist heat?
Freeze for cold therapy to reduce swelling and pain.
Ease pain of muscle spasms or cramps; warm a bed, cold fingers or toes;
help improve flexibility for adults or children with arthritis. When leg cramps cause discomfort try putting heat on the area to relax tight muscles. For women or men suffering from breast cancer a microwave heating pad offers easy and safe comfort, and helps relieve stress.

Filled with whole corn, this Back Warmer is made with soft cotton flannel and has a Velcro closure to keep the corn-filled pouch in place. The segmented insert distributes corn evenly. It provides moist heat for about 30 - 45 minutes - after microwaving for two minutes on high. Adjust heating time to suit your needs as microwave ovens vary in power.| Item | Item Code | Dimensions | Price |
