Made with soft Berber offering superior insulating qualities that help hold the heat or cold. Seals are Woman using microwave heating pad on sore shoulder muscleapproximately 18" x 7.5" and weigh 2.75 pounds and will stay warm about one hour. Filled with whole corn. Heating time varies according to microwave strength but about 1.5 minutes is suggested. A cover with a Velcro closure allows for easy laundering.
