About 30 seconds in the microwave and these Hand Warmers will stay warm 10 - 15 minutes. Two per package. Each is 4" x 4" square and made with 100% cotton flannel. Made with soft lovely flannel our Palm Packs have an inner lining for greater insulation & comfort.
Flannel cover is washable, and like all of our products, they are filled with whole corn -- not popping corn! There aren't any fragrances -- just the mild aroma of a bowl of freshly popped corn.
