Need a little warmth for cold hands?
Palm Packs (fit in the palm of your hand) can be used as hand warmers -- tucked inside coat pockets or large fleece mittens. Take them on frosty walks or while waiting for the school bus.
They are helpful for people with arthritis, Raynaud's Syndrome, stroke, or who are undergoing chemotherapy.
Use when the doctor recommends a warm moist compress.
Freeze to use as an ice pack. Place on the face for sinus headaches. Use on insect bites and for mild sunburns.

About 30 seconds in the microwave and these Hand Warmers will stay warm 10 - 15 minutes. Two per package. Each is 4" x 4" square and made with 100% cotton flannel. Made with soft lovely flannel our Palm Packs have an inner lining for greater insulation & comfort. 1/2 lb.
Flannel cover is washable, and like all of our products, they are filled with whole corn -- not popping corn! There aren't any fragrances -- just the mild aroma of a bowl of freshly popped corn.
