If you are not satisfied with your Maine Warmer, please contact us at hello@mainewarmers.com or 207.883.2322 to make arrangements for return or exchange.

If your item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know when the item will be back in stock, if known, and/or will offer substitution options.  If those options do not meet your needs, we will cancel and refund your order.

If you are not satisfied with the service you receive, for any reason, or if you have questions, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.
