Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States via our website. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations, please contact us at hello@mainewarmers.com or 207.883.2322 to inquire about your ability to purchase, as well as your shipping options and rates.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days of receipt. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods. You will receive a confirmation email when we receive your order, and once it has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 1-5 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and shipping method. Rates are provided by our shipping partners (USPS and UPS) and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Express/Expedited Shipping
Express or expedited shipping may be available for urgent orders. Please contact us at hello@mainewarmers.com or 207.883.2322 with your order details and delivery deadline to determine if expedited processing and shipping is possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@mainewarmers.com or 207.883.2322. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please retain all packaging materials if your item arrives damaged, as they may be required to file a claim with the carrier.
Out of Stock Items
If your item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know when the item will be back in stock, if known, and/or will offer substitution options. Please be sure to provide good contact information, email and phone, when placing your order.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
