Place your warmer in the center of the microwave on a microwave-safe plate. Heat for 1.5 minutes for optimal warmth. Microwave power varies, so start with 1 minute and add 15-30 second intervals if needed. Never exceed 2 minutes total heating time to prevent damage to the natural corn filling.
Step 3: Test the Temperature
Always test the temperature before applying to skin. The moist heat from our corn filling can feel very warm initially. If too hot, let it cool for 1-2 minutes before use.
