Why moist heat?
Freeze for cold therapy to reduce swelling and pain.

Improve flexibility before or after a workout. Relieve periodic cramps or lower back discomfort. Use ice to reduce swelling.
Warm a bed, cold fingers or toes;
help improve flexibility for adults or children with arthritis. For women or men suffering from breast cancer, a microwave heating pad offers easy and safe comfort, and helps relieve stress.

Filled with whole corn, this Back Warmer is made with soft cotton flannel and has a Velcro closure to keep the corn-filled pouch in place. The segmented insert distributes corn evenly. It provides moist heat for about 30 - 45 minutes - after microwaving for two minutes on high. Adjust heating time to suit your needs as microwave ovens vary in power.
No added fragrances (as with rice socks) - aroma is that of a freshly popped bowl of popcorn. Removable washable cover makes laundering easy. Portable - no wires as with conventional electric heating pads No messy hot water bottles.
