We offer free UPS Ground shipping within the US on orders of $100 or more.
Shipping options include UPS, US Priority Mail or "Customer Pick-up" in Scarborough, Maine. Please contact us for pick-up instructions if you choose to pick up your order.
Shipping charges are calculated on actual shipping costs. We do not add a handling fee.
We try to ship orders the day after they were received. Foot Warmers and Hand Warmers may take 5 to 7 days to ship. Please contact us if you have questions regarding delivery.

Customer Pickup in Scarborough, Maine
You may order by phone and pick up your order at 201 US Route 1 in Scarborough, Maine. Monday - Friday 8 AM to 6 PM, Sat. 9 AM - 2 PM Order must be made by phone before pickup.
