If you are not satisfied with your Maine Warmer or the service you received please contact us within 30 days by phone or US Mail to make arrangements for return or exchange. We will refund the cost of the product.
We will update color and pattern changes as soon as possible. If the pattern or color you ordered is not available we will contact you to see if you would like another choice or if you would like to back order (depending on availability). If you do not want either of these choices we will cancel your order and refund your money in full. If you are not satisfied with the service you receive, for any reason, or if you have questions please contact us.
We try to provide true and accurate colors for products listed on our web site. We cannot guarantee the color(s) viewed will be an exact match to the actual material colors delivered. We choose high quality fabrics and beautiful colors to manufacture our products.
Our goal is to make ordering easy and secure.
When you order online we never see your credit card number. Only the credit card authorization company has that information. When you order by phone we destroy your credit card number after the order has been filled.
You can back out of your order until you submit your credit card number. Even then, if you feel there has been a mistake after you have ordered please contact us by phone or e-mail and we will credit your credit card account as long as we have not sent the item. If the order has been shipped we will do our best to meet your needs and allow you the option of return. Our goal is to provide high quality products with the best service possible.
Credit Card transactions should include a street address. To be accepted credit cards must be from a US Card Issuing Bank.
Online ordering is convenient and secure with MasterCard and Visa, or PayPal. Just click on the "Add to Cart" link by the product you wish to purchase and follow the instructions. If you want to add more products you may continue shopping. We accept credit card orders using a secure site for Web Site orders or we will take a credit card order over the phone. If you prefer, mail your order with a note stating what items you want and the billing and shipping address, a telephone number in case we need to reach you, and a check or money order. If you have questions or comments you may e-mail, call (Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time), or write to us.
With a few exceptions for holidays, we ship orders on the next business day via UPS Ground or US Mail. Please provide a street address for UPS deliveries if possible. Shipping charges will be added to the cost of the product.
