For domestic orders we offer free UPS Ground shipping on orders of $100 or more.

Where to buy whole corn:

Feed stores carry whole corn. Do not use popping corn or canned or frozen corn. If you live in a major city there may or may not be a feed store near you.

Use rice instead of corn:

Rice may be easily purchased at a grocery store (see below for instructions on filling). It may take on a peculiar odor after being microwaved several times. However, with an easy fill option you may change the rice when necessary. The cover and lining (without the filling) may be washed.

Instructions on filling:

Two Velcro closures allow our customers to easily fill the products, close up the muslin insert after it is filled with corn, insert it inside the cover and secure with the second Velcro closure.
To fill with whole corn or rice add: 2.75 lb. or 1.25 kg = 6 cups or 1.42 liters. Corn and rice are about the same in volume and weight and have the same heating properties. They will heat up to approximately the same temperature for the same heating time in the microwave and retain the heat about the same amount of time.
